Randy fought a speeding ticket for our 20 year old son, he was professional and straight forward with all communications. There was no confusion or wondering as he covered all the bases. Elaine keyed in on our taste and showed us the most beautiful stone. Elaine was patient, knowledgeable and super nice. The installation team was an extension of all the professionalism we had already experienced. .We bought a new2017 fleetwood motorhome from woodys Edmonton a month ago the problems started right away. Some small and many large problems ..we dealt with Mel tha sales manager and Rick the service manager t hey have fixed all and any issues and in a very small amount of time.i give them 5 stars for the quick and good service. Like previous visits, the visit today, Saturday, May 22, 2021 confirmed that the facility is neat and organized to follow all the necessary COVID-19 public health protocols - with lots of hand sanitizer stations in the facility, social distancing marks on the floor and reflecting in the arrangement of seats, etc. The staff are working very hard and professionally to keep wait times within 20-30 minutes - even for walk-in appointments. The staff are very courteous and commendable.
