We collaborated with mellem design on a customer experience project for several months (service design) - great communication, fun but very professional people and very nice to work with. Delivered on time and budget, we're happy, and so are our customers. It was a first time experience with a 'service design' firm (we didn't know this even existed). Very inspiring and friendly.
