Had an overall inspection done on 2 houses before deciding to buy one.The inspection was very thorough and professional. This made us confident in buying the property. even though some minor repairs-neded were discovered. It is worth having such inspection done before investing in any property.This guy is an honest pro who points out all details and also makes recommendations re possible future problems.
