I was new in town and needed to get my furnace inspected. I contacted 2 local companies and chose Burroughs Plumbing and Heating. I was very impressed with their professionalism and thorough inspection. They told me that I needed a duct cleaning and the furnace was in good condition. I was impressed with their honesty and great attitude. Had to call for a service call Jerry came out and inspected the furnace our luck we need a new one. Jerry was very professional and very timely on the appointment going to make sure we can get him to do the install on the new one Great Customer Service!!!!

On time. Good price .quality work. Is there anything else. Moved into house and the fan sound like a bad jet engine. Came in and tried fixing but the fan was done. Was back next day and the furnace purrs like a city kitty cat. Well done. Get it done here.
