No problems with using ACE in an emergency situation. The main water supply sprung a leak and as a result the whole house water had to be shut off. They sent someone within an hour of my evening call and he (Tyson) was very friendly and efficient, The next morning he showed up with the necessary part first thing in the morning and we had water back before 8am.
