Class 5 Road Test with Rick was tensionless, educative and enlightening with the instructor (Rick). He displayed professionalism and student calming techniques. He gave clear instructions throughout the test, was friendly in approach helped me maintain ease. Though I passed, he went over a few points I still need to work on and I appreciate that helpful honesty and constructive feedback he provided. I recently leased a new Tacoma from Heninger and worked with Diarmuid and Mitch. They were detailed, transparent and professional. Their help made the process easy and enjoyable. 7th and 7th Downtown Calgary is my home branch, which I had to open up in 2008 when I moved there from Ontario, Well I have been back in Ontario for over a year now and had a unfortunate situation with my account. It was truly a out of luck- if by the BOOk thing. BUT a girl; Christian and a young fellow Jeff sorted things out for me, along with some non connected advice that came across as 2 people who actually cared without effort-this, at the branch level, it wasn't one one of those call center services. 2 months ago they had also called me up when my debit card was being used in a manner that was erratic to my history and use, thereby making sure my card was not in the wrong hands.
WELL BOTTOM Line is that with so many things I have had in the NEGATIVE banking thoughts; this Branch Takes the Cake and deserves to be recognized for their people skills, and THEY ALWAYS HAD Coffee available, sometimes even donuts.
