The Owner of this company gives AMAZING Honest service. I called AAA Towing, felt like I wasn’t a priority to them and they gave a $90 quote to change my flat tire and an hour wait. The next call I made was to Hook-N-Go. The Owner answered the phone, said he could be with me within 20 min and gave me a $70 quote. He was very courteous and obviously was all about giving the best customer service he could. I gave him a very nice tip, because small businesses like that need to flourish.

The customer service is really exceptional they helped us out in getting warranty submitted and went the extra mile in getting the manufacturer to approve the warranty work! Have bought a few bikes here and it is always a great experience as the staff are so nice. the guys at the bike counter are so knowledgable and helpful - one in particular really stands out to me and of course i can't remember his name but he really went out of his way to explain every aspect of my recent purchase - and he wasnt a sales floor guy - he was a bike tech - i really appreciated it. my sister mentioned the same guy when she went in on a different occasion and got the same experience. love happy helpful people!!!
