I have to say that all the awards they've won are well warranted. This is not even close the best Pizza I've ever had. You can tell it's a home made feel and not the typical pocessed stuff you get at chain restaurants.
The service was friendly and warm with the owner coming out and greeting you. There's never a shortage of smiles and good conversation whenever I've gone (which is often)!
I've been to just about all the other pizza restaurants in the South Shore and believe me, nothing comes close. It's not even just the pizza that's great but pretty much everything I've had on the menu. Their meat sauce is sublime. I could drink it by itself.
I brought family who was visiting from Toronto and from the States on several occasions. Their response I always get is that it's the best pizza they've ever had. They kid me all the time that the only reason they want to come back to visit is for the pizza!
I highly advise going there and I will continue to go there myself. I normally go to the one on Cure Poirier but they just opened another location on Ch. du Trembley which is equally as good.
