This company is excellent, I highly recommend them to anyone that needs a tow. Ecspecially in a car accident. I had an accident and the tow driver was there telling me everything I needed to here and he helped with the whole situation and gave me great pointers and was able to calm me down when I was on the verge of losing it. our experience with jay’s towing was nothing less than PHENOMINAL. we got in an accident (oopsies!) and didn’t even need to call. rob was there in LESS THAN FIVE MINUTES and was such good help. if i ever get in another accident (god forbid) i pray he is there. he giggled with us when we drove our car into the scrap yard and held a funeral, and cried with us when we had to call our parents (not really but he was awesome). if six stars was possible he’d get 7. These guys were fantastic! Pressed for time with the ground thawing, I needed to move a 36’ travel trailer into my yard asap. Not only did they do it on a Sunday afternoon in the middle of March, but during a snow squall to boot. Everything went even better than planned and they were very thorough and professional and came in cheaper than anticipated. I would highly recommend them for all your towing needs. 10/10 recommend! The receptionist/dispatcher who took my call was polite and answered all my questions. She was able to get a tow truck within 20 minutes of calling.
The driver was friendly, happy, and knowledgeable. He does his job well and helped get me out of a stressful situation. If I ever need a tow truck again (I hope I won’t), I will 100% call Ken’s Towing!
