I don't take my vehicle anywhere else! It is so difficult to find a mechanic that you can trust! These guys do great work without overcharging! If possible, I always try to arrange maintenance/repairs a week in advance because they are always busy.

Excellent service. First iced them @4years ago. I knew nothing about them. Without even asking for my credit card, they offered me a loaner car as repair would take several days.
On my return to them on Wednesday of this week, with a big scratch on my brand new Venue, excellent service. They sympathized with my self caused scratch and offered to drive home. The repair was done as scheduled and once again, they picked me up. It’s definitely a family business. They always made me feel safe.

My 2013 CRV had its engine actuator replaced which became faulty later. Frank (proprietor) replaced it with no cost to me. He could have easily charged me. He is very honest, knowledgeable and family oriented. I can recommend him to anybody looking for a good and honest repair facility in Ottawa.

iI have brought my two diesel VWs to Ian since the mid-2000s. He has done major servicing on the newer one, including change the timing belt, change out the front springs for taller ones, and install a 1 inch lift for the rears. When I found a donor parts car for my original VW, we struck a deal for him to swap parts off the running car for better ones off the dead one. Then he bought it for more parts for his race car. No complaints whatsoever!!

Sais le premier garage que jai emmener ma voiture quand je me suis installer et ils m ont impressionner sur leurs honnêtetées et prix et on ne voit cela que une fois aux dix ans mais eux sais a chaque fois et juste des bravo pour le garage claude deschamps et merci encore 1000 fois a vous tous.
