There are so many great things I could say about Rick and his team as he services all 3 of our vehicles. My van is the people mover. 4 teenagers girls to get around to sports and Rick has it running so well and it has over 200 000kms on it. I had a 10 am appointment to have the AC on my recently purchased Subaru Impreza checked out for only blowing warm air. The system needed to be recharged and a couple of o-rings needed to be replaced. It only took them an hour to do this and I was on my way. I was very pleased with the service

phoned CTC on Sunday, said they couldn't look at it till Wednesday. They had no record my appointment. After a hour and a half wait they said they couldn't fix it. Call muffler man they said bring it right in. Soon as I arrived they took it right in in a few minutes they gave me a very reasonable quote and could have it fixed in 45 minutes. Thanks
