I should have made this review years ago.. I have known Chris for at least 30 years, and when i lived on the mainland, I always had him do any work to my junk vehicles, because with his shop, I always knew it was going to get fixed right the first time. no one is ever told they need something they dont need, his shop is always busy, expect at least a 2 week wait to get your vehicle in, from basic to extensive, it is always worth taking it to Pemberton Automotive.

I am not a regular customer. I dropped I. To see if they could help me with a car problem.
They assisted me immediately, with care and kindness and when they couldn’t fix the problem themselves, referred me to someone who They thought could. They also would not let me pay for their time to take a good look. I dealt with Peter. He was solid and I am very grateful and impressed with their customer service.

Shane was excellent in servicing our car. He told us what was happening with our brakes. We purchased brakes from Canadian Tire, and they have given us nothing but grief. Shane is also a heavy duty mechanic as well as a car mechanic. Small business, good service. We are happy!

Mike is the man. I have been taking the all of our family's vehicles to him since 1997 when he was still on old Victoria. You can count on him for realistic and reasonable estimates. He seems to always find the problem quickly, and fix it so it stays fixed.
And he's not tied to a dealership so he can save a bundle using jobber parts, or even used parts when appropriate. Very trust worth and good service.

I've been having my oil changed at Auto Express for years, and also getting repairs as things come up. They are fast, efficient, friendly, and offer the best deal in town! Yesterday they changed my oil, topped up all the fluids (the washer fluid was completely gone), and even fixed a leak in the stem of my right rear tire without any extra charge... just over $30, and all done in 15 minutes.

I was pleased and honored that when I needed my Radiator flushed quickly before embarking on a trip to have a skin cancer surgery on the mainland the agreed to fit me in when they already had a full slate of work and were short a technician. Gary and his team are very passionate about their job. They worked hard on identifying a very tricky issue with my car where a component failed without being visible on the computer. They worked late and took the car for a ride until it started to behave as I described.
They have used parts in their shop from dismantled Volvo-s and this is very useful for replacement or nailing down a faulty component.
