Lana was the only one who put us on a waiting list and then actually called us when a unit came available. She is amazing! We loved that our wordly possessions were secure and in a clean facility. I recently hired Scannell for 3 hours to move some large pieces between homes. I was a bit worried as my sister had a bad experience with other movers and I couldn't find any positive reviews to pick from. so I requested quotes from 4 movers and settled on Scannell, as they provide an all in hourly rate price, without extra surcharges.
The movers were great, they were running a little late but when they arrived you never would have known they were working by the hour. They were very quick, careful with everything they moved and really made me feel comfortable with them moving my items. They were even able to get a few pieces into my new basement without damage that I didnt' even think would fit.
Overall a very positive expereience and I woul defnitely recommend them to anyone.

I was very pleased with the helpful and courteous staff at Adams Uptown Storage. Also the site is very clean, dry and secure. I had no qualms about leaving my belongings in their care. Although the restricted hours of access may be off putting to some people, but that added to my sense of security.
