Exceptional staff! I have nothing but great things to say about the staff at West Grande Prairie Dental. The front end staff are extremely helpful and good with explaining procedures/ helping book appointments in a pinch (especially Ataya). I would like to say Thank You to Nathan for visiting my home and checking what i thought might a moisture issue in my basement.I called Peace Building Inspections to come and have a look. I love my hearing aids because I now hear sounds I didn't hear before, birds singing, the telephone ringing, talking with people and hearing exactly what they are saying, instead of pretending to hear.
Dr. Devendra was extremely informative and patient with my questions, as were the receptionists, courteous and friendly. One more nice thing is the quiet and clean atmosphere in the clinic. As of now, I am extremely satisfied with my experience here. Keep up the good work! Kathy

Rob Lavalley is excellent. Extremely good at assessing and diagnosing. Spends the time and truly cares about you. I am a nurse myself and spent 4 months recovering from a leg fracture/surgery. There were so many days when I thought I was doing poorly/was discouraged and was given motivation and encouragement to continue. Have seen for elbow, back, knee, and lower leg/ankle. Complete recovery (exceeded expectations) and can't say enough!
