I just bought a 2025 Defender from Bill. The entire experience was excellent, his staff let us look at units and answered any questions. On delivery day I had a slight issue, techs were sent immediately to assist me and my new bike was delivered back to me within 2 hours. Bill even took the time to come and make sure we were good go. That is fantastic service from Bill, Tania, George, Justin, Gordie, Jessica and all the crew at Bancroft Sport and Marine!
