My family and I have been using Supercuts on Plaza for 7 years now and have yet to witness anything the previous commenter has stated. We have always had professional and courteous service and have witnessed the same with other patrons. The only negative I'll say is their push to purchase hair products. That I could do without.

Many athletes in our family and we are very familiar with Sparx. Their Osteopath Ian Moran has performed wonders for us. He helped our swimmer daughter rebuild her shoulder in 4 months. Something 5 other health professionals could not do over many visits in a two year span. My son and I each had very serious back injuries on different occasions and are both now fully recovered. He never hesitates to bring in their other experts when he is unsure. Ian is nothing short of a miracle worker.

On Feb. 23, I took my Mum(93) to Skipper Jacks for Smelts and when we arrived were told they had run out but just waiting for their supplier. We weren't able to wait and they kept apologizing but we started to leave when Jonathan from the kitchen and said he would go buy some and would be back in 15 minutes, we sat and in 20 minutes, Mum was enjoying the best smelts she had ever eaten. They certainly went an extra mile for us and as it is so hard to get Mum out we cannot THANK them enough. Peggy

We run a seniors care home and do several loads of laundry each day. Yesterday, my washer would not work. I couldn't imagine going a few days waiting for service or waiting for delivery of a new machine. At 10 am, I called Service Plus and the girl that answered (sorry, I didn't get her name) was so friendly. I explained our situation, and she said Trent was in our approximate area and she would try to get him to pop in. By 1:45 Trent was at our door, had the part we needed, installed and done by 2:20. What a life-saver! Thanks for the excellent service and quick response. You made my day much easier!!
