Been there 4 times over the past 1 1/2 years, all in the winter. Rotel was a lifesaver. Great facilities for the money/ The staff oprerates on a shoe-string budget, hence the fantastic rates. They are super efficient, no-nonsense, no time for chit-chat, but ALWAYS there when there is a real need. Then, then are efficiently helpful. Rotel deserves nothing but gratitude and admiration for the work they do. A miracle place for my money and my convenience!!

Heard about these guys of a friend of mine and I could say that i'm glad that i've listened to him. The physio was very professional, friendly and made me feel comfortable. I will definitely keep seeing them until my back is healed.

My father is a resident who was flourished in the home environment at the lodge . The caring and compassionate staff who always go the extra mile to make him feel like he belongs . The food is far superior to many of the other homes out there.

In the Cancer Centre section the doctors, nurses, staff and the volunteers are all very friendly people to talk too. They take the time and make sure that you understand what they’re telling you. It’s a very happy place that makes you feel at home every time you walk into the Center and a very well kept up hospital, the same goes for the main entrance section of the hospital...very friendly people

I had a great experience with Paul, the Alta Vista Handyman. He is courteous and kind. And I found him to be very thoughtful and creative in coming up with useful suggestions for renovations in my bathroom. His is work is of a very high standard and meticulous. And I loved that he cleaned up my space after his work was done.

Nick and his team members Tessa, Leona, and Sean rebuilt completely the part of my brick chimney above the roof line. They performed excellent work, were all courteous, hard working, and very responsive. Integrity Masonry performed the work on time and at the time is was planned for. Installed our pool in 2014 - work was done on time, they came when they said they would come, they were friendly, gave us good design advice - any problems/issues were dealt with honestly and immediately. Service after installation is fantastic - James is a wealth of information and help. Very pleased and would recommend.

Working in the stone industry our company sets high standards for not only our products but also for our customer service. Andrew Peterson and Ottawa Home and Garden work with this same mentality and their professionalism was seen not only in their workmanship but also from the feedback we heard from their customers. The interlock and landscape work around the in ground pool was carefully designed to enhance the beauty of the property and the outdoor kitchen with post and beam construction along with natural stone facing and our granite countertops added a luxurious and yet inviting space for the clients to enjoy.
