LG refrigerator stopped working, I called LG and they recommended this business. I called Universal for the repair and they recommended I contact LG for an extended warranty. LG set a date for the repair but Universal called me to give me an earlier date. Serviceman came, was pleasant, knowledgeable, and replaced the fridge condenser. He tested the repair thoroughly before he left.

I have known this dealership since 2013. Their customer service is impeccable and you will always feel comfortable and at ease. At 64, I have visited a LOT of showrooms and Jonker Honda is exceptional. GM Erik will make you feel like family because you can tell this IS an old style family style business. Straight talk, no scheming in the back office, or misrepresentations. I will only buy a Honda here because I know when I leave I won't be scratching my head wondering if I got jacked. KUDOS!!!

Children are always happy and asking to go to daycare as they love it so much. This place is mentally and socially stimulating, kids don't even realize they are learning something because they are having so much fun. It can get quite busy and there is sometimes a wait. However, they have some young savvy doctors that are aware of today's over medicated society. My doctor listens to me, acknowledges me and is thorough ... if I have to wait a half an hour because he's running late due to walk-ins or because he spent to much time listening to other patients thoroughly, that's fine in my book.
