Not sure about the other two customers but the experience that we had and our friends had with epic wood was great , I am also a contractor and what I do know is you can't please all customers , not sure the story behind these other two but I know of at least 35 happy customers of epic wood as we refer him all the time to my own clients and friends, and will continue to refer him.

My pup is a very picky eater so Brad was very helpful with ordering in the food my pup enjoys..no extra charge.
They also have a very knowledgeable staff who are true animal lovers and listen and guide you thru the concerns you have with a new puppy.
The store is well stocked and if not in store Brad always opens the catolouge to get you exactly what your looking for..

that is Anna's on Cameron Rd. Ancaster Ont. She has a wig representative working there her name is Danielle and you couldn't wish for a better, nicer, person to look after you. She knows her business and makes you feel so confortable. The wig they sold me made my confidence come back and I was going to my granddaughters wedding feeling so much better.
