It was my first time going in for a cut, wasn't sure what to expect. The outside can be intimadating but the inside is warm and welcoming. Colleen was fantastic. Denis cracked the jokes. Frank was wonderful to deal with. He was prompt in starting and finishing the floors. We even added some jobs for him two days in, such as refinishing the doors and window sills, and he had no issues with it. Everything looks new and refreshed. He even took the time to refinish our address sign, which he said was bothering him every time he came to the house. lol He made sure we were happy with the end result. Good price also. After reading the poor review left by a individual. I found it hard to believe. My mother in-law is under the care of Grace and Integrity. Our experiences have been all positive. Debbie is in constant contact with my wife and keeping her up to date. (We live 4 hours away). Their staff are extremely professional and show a great deal of compassion towards my mother in-law and my wife. Their services and costs are very reasonable. I have used First Klass a couple more times for odd jobs and everyone I've dealt with was amazing. When looking at air filters, they took time to explain differences in each option and didn't try to upsell me. I wish all trades were as easy to deal with as First Klass. Highly recommend!!!
