I have had very good experiences at the Brick with Jessica.
She was very knowledgeable on all the purchases that I wanted.
Unfortunately the delivery on my last purchase resulted in damage.
I notified Jessica immediately and within hours I was told the item

After reading the last 2 reviews, I must say I can see their point of view as I had the same issue MANY years ago. I bought a Prius C from them in 2015 and have been very happy with everything. Do I see areas to improve on, for sure but all around been happy with their product and service has been good. I will for sure return to buy my next PriusC when I am ready. (or something else)

Although I had to drive to WPG Man FOR ONE PROCEDURE due to demand was so great here but lacked the specialists willing to take new patients. Today, all about "service". I am sorry I did not get the lady's name in produce. The plastic handle on the cart was chipped - unnoticed by me until it sliced my finger. I was walking by.tissue on it for the blood. She asked if I was looking for anything? I said "A bandaid". I explained why - she hurried off, came out with 2 for me. I showed her the chip in the handle - back she went, returned with back tape -husband got out his jacknife, wound tape around, cut it. Perfect.
