I am so happy everytime I visit Kristines salon. She is such a great stylist and very professional. All services are at the salon and very accomidating. A family member had a sudden back issue that we had tried to soothe with a hot bath and a good sleep, but at 7 am the next morning, she still needed something more. I had called with the intent of leaving a voicemail hoping to get a call back when the office opened, but lo and behold, the Dr. himself answered the phone and took her in for 8 am. He had such a great attitude
and didn't make it seem like he was doing us a favor; he is a very helpful person, and we really appreciate that!

Mr Graf and Riley quite possibly saved my life when I limped in to their shop. Even though they are heavy duty shop they were gracious enough to repair the wheel on my small SUV. I was driving from Nelson to Calgary when my wheel started making noise and eventually shaking. They found that it was about to actually fall off and had one stud shorn off! They could have easily hustled me off to another shop (all in town were extremely busy) but they took the time to help out a traveller in need.

We stopped in with a low tire warning which turned out to be a false alarm. They did a great twice over of all the tires and pronounced us good to go, all at no charge. We really appreciated the good service and at no charge.
