Great service began on entering showroom. Christine was courteous and knowledgeable. The follow up was scheduled promptly and Joe and Jonathan arrived on time to measure and prepare estimate. It was a pleasure to interact with this “team”. They were friendly and so easy to talk to. We had every confidence that they would do a good job. They did not disappoint. Our server was Pauline she was amazing on top of everything if our drinks were getting low she would have our next drink to the table before we could finish the drink we had. Pauline was very friendly. We didn’t have to wait long for our food. Pauline is the best waitress we have ever had in any restaurant we have ever been in hands down. My wife and I will definitely return to this restaurant again.

From the dentist, his hygienist and Stacy the receptionist this team is fabulous. Have never felt a dentist to be so fair priced, explain the details & necessitites , accommodating and pleasant.

I have been going to Theodore & Pringle Optical since I moved to Gravenhurst 8 years ago.It is by the far the best company I have ever dealt with.Not just when it comes to optical needs but any business bar none.I have always been treated with the utmost respect.The employees are very kind,helpful,informative and polite.In the past I have not been terribly vigilant about looking after my eyesight which, as a senior,is not a good thing. I now go regularily for checkups and love the low prices.

Just had a complicated roof repair( two skylights removed and complete roof re- shingled. Switched on crew who took pride in the small details as much as the final product
