We went to this Persian eatery in February 2023 to celebrate my wife's birthday and mine which are mere days apart. Our son took us out for dinner with his gf and we had a good dinner. Yes, the menu is pricey but we'll go back soon. The lamb dish was impressive unlike others with greasy lamb and poor meat portions. This place is super busy which is indicative of the quality of food and reputation, great job guys.

I was driving a 2013 Kia Rio and absolutely loved it! after driving it for 2 years and the over 240,000 KMs from the previous owner I did have to say goodbye to it. I came to applewood looking for the exact same vehicle, model and color and to my surprise John had my Exact car on the lot!

This is my "Go To" grocery store. This is a great grocery store! Always stocked shelves and helpful staff. I have found the floral and deli departments to always be helpful and efficient. It is true, you must always phone the local store when sending flowers. I frequently send flowers long distance via Safeway, but always phone the local store during local business hours.

Called mid day to request some maintenance on a 14 year old garage door that was having some issues closing properly. Brian was able to send a crew later that same afternoon. Markeydas is seriously the best. They are the only groomer that allowed me to stay with my shy dog while grooming. I wanted tips on how to groom him myself and I basically got a great lesson in grooming that allowed me to do most of my own grooming so that I only take my dog in when I don't want to do it. To the person who said they were rude: these people are here for the dogs, not for you. This is a no frills groomer that does a perfect job, and treats your shy dog like a precious flower.

Went there yesterday DESPITE the bad reviews and had an awesome time!!! We were all prepared to have a relaxed UN rushed lunch and that's what we got. The waiter was very good and kind and the food was great. We had yummy drinks and had a great time. we will definitely go back :)

This morning in the Michael's parking lot in Langley, I encountered a young woman and baby, crying in the car, trying to deal with keys that had been locked in the trunk. There was no way to get in. I walked over to the BCAA office nearby and asked for help, and they were VERY concerned and helpful. I used my BCAA card to call and the woman also reached someone who was coming to help but two BCAA women staffers came over to make sure everything was working out. FANTASTIC service IMO!

Steve worked on my 2012 Ram 5.7 Hemi, going from single exhaust to duals. I supplied a 3 inch resonator and Delta flow 50 Flowmaster and stainless tips. Steve did a perfect job installing my parts and installing 2 1/2 inch tailpipes. No rattles and no drone in the cab with this combination, just a deep rumble exhaust,couldn’t be happier. Would highly recommend Steve and Earl and Target Muffler.
