When my relatively new (3 years old) Sears snowblower died, and Sears refused to help me, I asked Pat's if they could take a look at it. After finding the problem, Don explained exactly what they found wrong, what work was needed to repair the engine, and what the repair would cost me. It was well worth having it repaired. When they came out to fix my problem, they had it fixed very quickly and even offered some suggestions from preventing the loss of suction from happening again. Literally one of the best pedicures I’ve ever received! They spent extra time on the massaging, they scrubbed with two different methods twice, very detailed with the toe nail shape and making them look very consistent. They all speak to each other as they work so it may not be the most “professional” etiquette but really great work and the extra long leg massage and steps they take are great.
