We have come to trust Jay and his team of mechanics to take care of our business & personal vehicles. We appreciate their knowledge and expertise; we trust them completely! They take the time to go over the entire vehicle when it is on the hoist to ensure that we know exactly what needs to be done, and they alert us to preventative maintenance that should be done to avoid breakdowns. My car was acting up and making all sorts of strange noises. I was treated great right from the start. I was given a free courtesy car and we got right back to our day. The follow up was amazing. I got pictures and a written estimate right on my phone. The repair was right on time and at the exact price that I agreed to to. And, they washed my car befor i got it back.

This repair shop only does the work you ask for and only after they have given you an estimate. If there are other issues they will bring them to your attention. I would recommend them to my friends and family because of the great service.

I went to 9 different shops and all could not take me in. Now I have a 1966 Mercury and it's my baby. It's always in my line of sight. I wanted to stay with my car, but Mario put me at ease and looked after it like it was his. He had to change the passenger rear axle bearing and u joints. Surprisingly the shop is well equipped and Mario knows his craft. He not only fixed my baby I was impressed at the fact that he knew exactly to do, I left my car in great hands! Thank you Mario!!!!

I couldn't be more pleased with the level of service I received from OK Tire in Burlington. The tires are phenomenal, they were able to order my run-flats within one day and accommodate my appointment request, and charged a third of what I was quoted at my car dealership. This included balancing and they even deducted the money I paid the day prior to have my summer tires installed, which they indicated (as did the dealership)needed to be replaced. I have had an excellent experience.
