Vehicle broke down in Barrie on a Friday morning when I arrived from out of town. My parents and spouse had used Marshall's in the past and were satisfied with the service so I contacted their office and explained my situation. I run a small business up north therefore had to be back on Sunday. They asked if I could bring the vehicle in right away and leave it with them. They had already started pricing parts before I arrived to expedite the repair process. Within 2 hours I received a call to advise that my truck was ready for pick up. Ivan is GREAT! I just went to him today because i heard clunking noise from the back of my car after having my mazdaspeed sway bar installed for the front and rear. My old mechanic tells me that it's the shocks that are gone and needs replacement. Turns out that my previous idiot mechanic didn't tighten my rear sway bar and Ivan was able to do that for me. I was expecting to pay when Ivan told me not to worry about it I was shocked and I couldn't be more happier!
