After a fantastic weekend traveling from Owen sound to Red Rock Ontario, we were heading home & learned that we urgently needed help to sort out some car issues, thankfully we were around Sudbury & went right to Back in action Automotive, where they got right to work & replaced our alternator, they were kind, fast & efficient which we are very thankful for! As our parting gift we got to play a little tune for the team & were able to get back on route home swiftly & safely, thank you so much!

I have never been disappointed by Ron’s shop. On multiple occasions I have called with concerns about my car and family member cars and he was very prompt on taking a look. Ron and his staff are honest, knowledgeable and reliable. Everything you need in a mechanic can be found in this shop. Thanks for all you’ve done.

I had car troubles while up north and Andy's Auto Service was amazing. He fixed everything in less than a day and when I got back to Toronto and I looked at the bill I noticed he didn't charge me for plugging up a leaking tire. He also inspired confidence. Since I had three unrelated problems pop up all at once I needed a little reassurance. Can't say enough.

Exceptional workmanship. Vehicle finished when promised, or you were notified if problems occurred. Did not release vehicle until work was fully complete and satisfactory.

When I get bad service I let the company know it. When I get good service I let everyone know it. Had my bi-annual Tire swap done and the job was done quickly and right on schedule for one vehicle and quickly and earlier then my scheduled appointment on my second vehicle. Brianna the service counter attendant was both courteous and helpful. All companies need more people like her manning the customer service front lines. Well done guys and girl.
