I have been dealing with this location Rona for the past 16+ years. I have had a few minor incidence but nothing to worry about( don’t sweat the small stuff). The staff are great to deal with, they spend time to explain the products. Cashiers, stocking, product counter, returns as well as the yard staff are all great.

I contracted Tony to renovate my basement suite apartment. Excellent quality work at a fair price. Since then Tony has repaired a cracked foundation, done a complete renovation of the upstairs bathroom, installed new Kitchen counter tops and referred me to an excellent roofing contractor and the best company for installing a new driveway. Very honest, trustworthy and reliable. I will continue to use him in the future and highly recommend his work.

The owner and workers were prompt and provided excellent service! I was impressed by their work ethic. This company goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied and happy. The workers cleaned up and completed the work on time. The owner followed up and communicated with me in person and via text as soon as possible. Their windows are of high quality, especially the Cardinal glass. The positive aspect of the glass is that the factory does not assemble their glass units, but purchases directly from Cardinal.

Just had our garage doors replaced by The Door Dudes and we are very pleased with the results. Not only do the doors look great but the install was done in a timely manner by a very courteous installer and he made sure we were happy with everything before leaving the site. Our old wood doors were hauled away and everything was left perfectly clean.

Took me a long time to find someone to help me with the plumbing products, specifically the inside parts for the toilet that keeps coming out and they gave me the wrong size but the good is that it was easy to exchange and when they saw me a bit upset, the chief plumber came and matched the parts I needed with a big smile even though I acted out...I felt like I need to say a good word about them :)
