I contacted another company prior who "diagnosed" my A/C problem over the phone and wanted to have my unit replace without looking at it. They quoted me a high price for what they though was the problem and for a new
Disgruntled I called CCA & within an hour and a half a technician was over and diagnosed the issue (blown capacitor), replaced it, and we were good to go.
The price was a third of what the other company quoted and customer service was amazing. A+ service & definitely recommended.

I needed a formal document called Heat Loss/Gain Calculations for my newly built house to prove that the builder has undersized a furnace for our house. Builder did not agree with my claim, and I reported the issue to Tarion as warranty claim. David was able to provide me with Heat Loss/Gain Calculations that showed in fact the furnace installed in out house was undersized. It was a crucial piece of document to support my claim.
I am very happy with David performance.

Gary is the hardest working, most honest gentleman I have ever dealt with. I can say this honestly as a former tradesman (8 years with local 675 drywall union).
