I just wanted to let your store know that if it wasn't for your customer service knowledge i would have made a very big mistake today. July 13/2015...your workers saved me a lot of money and stress of being taken advantage of. they were very polite and understanding of my situation. definately very informative of my situation. i can not thank those wonderful ladies enough. Was a costumer for many years, years ago. Called back today (2015-03-05) as I am moving back to Winnipeg. Great service, could almost see Pavi smiling over the phone. Looks like the people in Kildonan Place Shoppers Drug Mart are just as nice and helpful as they have always been.

The pharmacist is very polite, professional and accommodating. They pick up your prescriptions twice daily....which is very important to us as we don't own a vehicle right now. they are patient with their patients. Which I think is very important also. I give them a five star rating for customer service, professionalism, and being a pharmacy of the people!!!
