I was pleased and honored that when I needed my Radiator flushed quickly before embarking on a trip to have a skin cancer surgery on the mainland the agreed to fit me in when they already had a full slate of work and were short a technician. I have purchased at least many new vehicles over the years and this has been the very best experience. Kirsten Michieli is a true professional, and a pleasure to deal with.
