Extremely professional and friendly staff. It doesn’t take long for them to get to know you. Once they do, you seldom have to ask or explain what you want. You’re addressed by name, the service is quick and they honour insurance prices much better than other places do. It’s far for me to get here but they’re close to my doctor so I plan my visits accordingly to benefit from their service and prices.

I am very pleased with the professional approach at the Kent St. Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy. Staff are pleasant and attentive and go out of their way to fill prescriptions promptly and accurately.
What's more, there is no extraneous charge if you have a provincial drug card and seniors save $2.00 on each of their prescriptions. And delivery is free.

This pharmacy is owned by four partners. There service is excellent and far exceeds any other pharmacy that I have dealt with. They contacted my ODSP with quotes for additional costs of non-prescriptions and have arranged all of my regular medications to being transfered to them without me leaving my home. Always polite and go out of their way to help. Thank You

i have been going there for awhile the staff go beyond and they are so helpful and friendly they care about you today i could not go and pick up my meds so one of the staff after his shift came to drop it off to me i appreciated that so much i could recommend people to go there any time i am very satisfied with there services and all i will like to thank the staff you are all doing an excellent job
