PARLY IN THE STONY PLAIN 170ST was so pleasant, knowledgeable and approachable. I made a mistake going to the wrong branch on my appointment - I asked the Customer Service an appointment in STONY PLAIN but was not realized I was assigned an appointment to 50th. I live in West End, no way I would go to the farthest branch during the high snow, it was good thing PARLY accomodated me. Our transaction done dealt good. Awesome PARLY !!!

I entered the premises at 2 pm. Five persons were in line ahead of me, not counting the 2 at the tellers. At 2:20 still not at the tellers, I left as I had another appointment. This is not satisfactory.
