Was a repeat customer until today. Was gouged $140 for a 10 minute job to trim 1" off blinds I had previously purchased from them. They never said the price beforehand and was essentially told it was an inconvenience for them that made their staff stop working on other projects. Found out after Home Depot would have done it for free.
