I had an AC system installed in Feb 2024, and the master bedroom unit has made a hissing and rattling noise ever since. After five visits and many follow-ups, the issue remains unresolved. Daikin approved a warranty replacement, but the company refuses to do the work without charging extra labor—even though they installed the faulty unit. The owner was dismissive, and overall the experience has been very disappointing.

Rocky Point Air did some very specialized work for us, installing an extraction fan in a home workshop. The job was neat, professional and done on time. I would recommend this company.
