Rooter Guys left their broken equipment in my sewer line. The plumber from their company abandoned the job and the owner has refused to return to retrieve it. The sewer snake broke off due to an incompetent plumber. I had to call another plumbing company to unclog the sewer. Stay away from Rooter Guys & hire a professional company who will not abandon the job & cause thousands of dollars of damage.

Disappointed, it felt incredibly rushed, 15 minutes 100 dollars, nothing I couldnt have done myself with a cheap snake wire, I wish i never called

Dan and his team are very professional, they are fast, and they are trustworthy. Dan is one of only a handful of plumbers approved by the city of Hamilton to install backwater valves. This should speak to his abilities and professionalism. Prices are very reasonable.

Great business, in and out, fast , efficient, reasonable. Had a blocked sewer system, the guys were very nice, gave me some tips too for prevention in the future.
