It was a pleasure working with Brejesh. He was very thorough and detailed in his inspection of the condo we were purchasing. I appreciated how he explained and documented all the details he noticed, and helped me to understand the priorities as well. Any old building has issues, but it's good to understand what's expected and what needs work and Brejesh was good at outlining that for me. I learned a lot, and valued the input!

Bruno was personable but also very professional as he took his time going through the inspection with us. Throughout the inspection, it became apparent that he is very knowledgeable as he educated us on what to look for as home buyers.
