Friendly and fast. Extremely good food and service. Cordon bleu was excellent and jager schnitzel too. Very recommend. Kid loved the taco.

the lady Sur that works 24/7 here was great went above and beyond anything I could have asked of her.
she made sure that myself and kids were comfortable and needed for nothing. my family was going through a bad time and she just made things a lot easier.

Been there 4 times over the past 1 1/2 years, all in the winter. Rotel was a lifesaver. Great facilities for the money/ The staff oprerates on a shoe-string budget, hence the fantastic rates. They are super efficient, no-nonsense, no time for chit-chat, but ALWAYS there when there is a real need. Then, then are efficiently helpful. Rotel deserves nothing but gratitude and admiration for the work they do. A miracle place for my money and my convenience!!

The hotel itself was fine, however this review is for Monica in the Spin Restaurant. We were a large crowd for 1 week and Monica took a ribbing from a few of us with good humour. Monica always had a smile on her face, she would be the reason I would eat at that restaurant again. Thank you Monica !!!!
