I was looking to install a specific part on my car and none of the Ladner automotive shops would help me, as I purchased the part myself. I called Aaron's Automotive earlier in the week and spoke to Richard. He said he would try and get me in later in the week, which he did. I am so impressed with the staff at Apel Auto! The first time I called, they had me come in right away and quickly repaired an item. Since then, they are where I go when I have a problem with my car, as well as for car maintenance. The staff is friendly and professional.
Most importantly, I can trust what their technicians say about my car. They remember my make and model when I call to make an appointment, and are accomodating. Plus, you get orchids when your car is finished servicing!

I've been having my oil changed at Auto Express for years, and also getting repairs as things come up. They are fast, efficient, friendly, and offer the best deal in town! Yesterday they changed my oil, topped up all the fluids (the washer fluid was completely gone), and even fixed a leak in the stem of my right rear tire without any extra charge... just over $30, and all done in 15 minutes.

Highly recommend. Expert diagnosis. We came in thinking we needed a new transmission or atleast major work done to it because it was kicking very hard on the downshift 2-1 on our 2004 jaguar (6hp26 transmission). He roadtested our vehicle and said not to spend any money on it right now and it should be fine for another few years. He said spending money on changing fluid or any other service would not help, and it is from some internal wear.Extremely honest and didnt even charge or upsell.
