SIX stars, if I could. My 2007 Lexus RX350 had a gas line leak. After much searching, we discovered that the required part was not available in North America and would have to be imported from Japan. It would take at least 4 to 6 weeks to arrive. I did not know that a Lexus was such a rare car. The manager and his mechanic actually made a part that was better than the original. EXCELLENT work. Thanks guys. Will I have my car repaired there again? ABSOLUTELY.

Had these guys look at the old machines that came with our house. Did a tune up and they will probably last another decade. Great service, highly recommend.

My fridge stopped cooling/freezing, I called Fast Eddie Appliances, it was close to closing time on a Friday afternoon, yet they went out of their way to send someone over within minutes. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and he had the part to fix it on the spot. Their rates were very reasonable. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for fast appliance service.

Last year I had a problem with a dewalt tool, was very satisfied with the way things were handled. I was originally worried, but was relieved when I went back into the store and they took care of the problem

I had a short opportunity to work with them delivering appliances and because of some physical limitations was unable to stay on. I can say this. I have NEVER met more genuinely decent and honest people. These folks have been in business for 40 years and I can see why. They deserve your business. If you need a new appliance make sure you check them out because I know FIRST HAND that they are dedicated and represent the very best of entrepreneurship and thy are all gentlemen.

I contacted the Stoney Creek store, electronically with a question. Joseph responded very quickly
He answered all my questions and then suggested that since my location would result in expensive delivery charges that I shop locally but be sure to ask for the energy rebate.
I did purchase locally and thanks to Josephs suggestion, saved over $200 due to the rebate.
