Wonderful experience at the auto repair on Dec 12, 2024, was passing through from out of town, had an electrical glitch in new 2024 Chevy Suburban tire sensor. They got me in earlier than I expected (given my predicament perhaps?), regardless, got me in 1 and 1/2 hr early, and, on the road again in 1/2 hr. Faulty tire pressure sensor! Great Work guys, human compassion exists!!

When my Bosch dishwasher failed to drain, I called a couple of top-rated appliance dealers—and all I got were voice mails telling me to leave my name and number. The next day, one of them called back, but in the meantime, I called Rudy’s Appliance Repair and got right through to a person. He told me they would be there the next day between 10 and 10:15 a.m. and sure enough they turned then. Within 5 minutes they had fixed the problem, a clogged drain. Two enthusiastic thumbs up!

After several tries at different shops on Jan 30 2018, Mark at the Canadian Tire was willing to help me with the company sprinter. The truck had a no start issue. He helped me get the truck towed to his shop where Mark and his team of auto pros went at it and got the truck back in running shape. They also allowed me to park the truck in their shop over the night. Just to be sure it would run in the morn. A great service dept and they went above the call to help me out. Now that’s service
